RESPONSIBLE BUSINESS

Anti-slavery policy

Approved 30 July 2026

Our commitment to preventing modern slavery in our business and supply chains.

Our position

Modern slavery is a crime and a violation of fundamental human rights. It includes slavery, servitude, forced and compulsory labour and human trafficking, all of which involve the deprivation of a person’s liberty in order to exploit them for personal or commercial gain.

DMT has a zero-tolerance approach to modern slavery. We are committed to acting ethically and with integrity in our business dealings and relationships, and to implementing and enforcing effective systems and controls to prevent modern slavery in our business and supply chains.

We are committed to transparency in our business and supply chains, consistent with our disclosure obligations under the Modern Slavery Act 2015.

Suppliers and business partners

We expect high standards from contractors, suppliers and other business partners. Our contracting processes prohibit forced, compulsory or trafficked labour and the use of anyone held in slavery or servitude, whether adults or children. We expect suppliers to apply the same standards within their own supply chains.

Who this policy applies to

This policy applies to everyone working for us or on our behalf, including employees, directors, officers, agency and seconded workers, volunteers, interns, agents, contractors, consultants, third-party representatives and business partners. It does not form part of an employee’s contract of employment and may be amended.

Responsibility

DMT has overall responsibility for ensuring this policy meets our legal and ethical obligations. The company is responsible for implementation, monitoring, responding to questions and auditing controls and procedures intended to counter modern slavery.

Managers are responsible for helping the people who report to them understand and comply with this policy and for ensuring suitable awareness and training.

Raising concerns

Preventing, detecting and reporting modern slavery is the responsibility of everyone working for us or under our control. Any activity that may lead to, or suggest, a breach of this policy must be avoided.

Concerns or suspicions should be raised with a line manager or company director as early as possible. We encourage openness and will support anyone who raises a genuine concern in good faith, even if it proves to be mistaken. No one should suffer detrimental treatment for doing so.

Where appropriate, and with worker welfare and safety as the priority, we will support suppliers in addressing coercive, abusive or exploitative practices in their business and supply chains.

Communication and awareness

Awareness of this policy and the risks our business faces forms part of the induction process for people who work with us. Our zero-tolerance approach must be communicated to suppliers, contractors and business partners at the start of the relationship and reinforced when appropriate.

Breaches

An employee who breaches this policy may face disciplinary action, including dismissal for misconduct or gross misconduct. We may end our relationship with other individuals or organisations working on our behalf if they breach this policy.
