Support is provided Monday to Friday during contracted business hours. Contractual 24/7 critical-incident cover is available where the service requires it.
Response & escalation
Requests enter through the agreed service desk. Incidents move from the service desk to a specialist engineer and, when required, to the named service manager.
Onboarding & training
Onboarding stages are agreed around each customer’s environment, responsibilities and launch plan. Training can be delivered remotely, on site or through a train-the-trainer format.

ROYAL ASCOT / REAL-TIME EVENT MEDIA
For five consecutive years, DMT has taken responsibility for the real-time operation of a spectacular large-format screen at Royal Ascot. Throughout the event, we integrate live broadcast feeds, race schedules, timely guest and travel information, premium advertising and interactive moments, including the traditional Bandstand singalong. The result is a major display asset that remains responsive, relevant and integral to the Royal Ascot experience.
